Maplewalk by the Brook

Maplewalk by the Brook is located south of Barrie, in the community of Alcona which is located on the edge of beautiful Lake Simcoe. Pratt Homes has two models located on this site, just west of Alcona Glenn Public School and East of the new modern designed Town Hall and Recreational complex. This Community has a lot to offer. Lake Simcoe, the 400 highway and the town of Barrie are only a short drive away. Maplewalk by the Brook is a great four season playground.
